I also use it as a hot water bottle in tent/camper, and thus there is a risk of kicking open the valve at night. I own many MSR products and was not worried about quality issues. All I can really say is that the water flows out with surprising force, exceeding my expectations. I have my kit paired with a 6L dromedary bag and am pretty sure that 2 people would be able to take a quick shower on one fill, although I have not used this in the field yet. The 10L bag would surely be better for two people to take a shower, but I find it to just be too big for the average single person. I also own a 2L lightweight dromedary bag and the MSR hydration kit.
